Qantas as the safest Airline in the World.
After so many incidents happen about airlines, Qantas has been named as the World’s Safest Airline after the 10- year average fatal accidents soared. According to the report from AirlineRatings.com, Qantas was acclaimed for gathering “an extraordinary record of firsts”in terms of safety over the 94 -year in history. It’s been a bad year for safety of airlines around the world including the 2014 industry’s tragic airline incidents. The AirlineRatings.com reported saying “Certainly, 21 fatal accidents with 986 fatalities — higher than the 10-year average — is sickening. However, the world’s airlines carried a record 3.3 billion passengers on 27 million flights,”.“Flashback 50 years and there were a staggering 87 crashes killing 1,597 when airlines carried only 141 million passengers — five per cent of today’s number, ” they added. The report also said that Qantas was also had the experienced airline in the world, with the use of satellite communications as one of the tools used to a real-time monitoring of its engines across its fleet. With this monitoring they are able to detect the problems before its too late to end up in safety issues.
