A baby was born and he still in his amniotic sac. Silas Philips was delivered through Cesarean Section three months premature. The doctors were amazed to see that the baby was still in amniotic sac. Amniotic sac is where the baby develops inside the mother’s womb, it is filled with clear fluid connected to the mother to provide nutrients to the baby while still in the mother’s womb. The amniotic sac usually breaks when the mother starts labor. The doctors said that babies that are born with intact amniotic sac is so rare for around 1 in 80,000 births.
